My favourite place to buy sportswear
Great attention. The very friendly shop assistants. I liked it a lot
On December 24, 2020, I bought a pair of sweatpants as a gift from Kings for my mother at the Oysho store on Av. Maissonave in Alicante, with a price of 35.99 euros, which has only been used on 3 counted occasions and without going through the washing machine and some balls have come out that gives the feeling that the pants are from 1 year ago, as if the fabric had aged.
Today 01/30/2021 we have gone to the store in order to get our money back / give us a new one or provide some other alternative, before this the shop assistant has flatly refused and they have told us that they could not do it and what was the problem of the material. The surprising thing is that being a company as large as Oysho and which belongs to the Inditex group, it does not have any consumer support in the face of problems of this type.
By not providing us with any alternative, we have proceeded to file a claim with Consumption and with the hope that this body will give us a solution to this scam.
Finally, I would like to say that being a Saturday, in full sales and with a full store, there would not be a store manager who can resolve these types of complaints and the inexperienced girl could not find the claim sheets and did not know how to proceed in these cases, raising the tone of voice on several occasions and with a speech without alternatives and without solutions.
In short, I will not buy more in this store.
