I bought a humidifier of this brand and I did not like its operation, I tried to return it with just one use and perfectly packaged and the commercial answered me no. I never buy anything from that brand again, it's not cheap at all.
2 weeks ago we went to the store because the front wheel of a Trio Love cart was breaking.
The person in charge indicated that she should speak with technical support, that in 1 or 2 days they would tell us how to proceed.
Today we are still waiting, although we have called several times, that still have no response from the technical service .....
I do not recommend this brand.
