Great experience with all the staff who is very professional. We were mainly served by Fatima who can speak English:-)
The last fitting of the dress has just been made with a very professional and kindness attitude.
My coming wife did buy her wedding dress in this shop for more then 1 1/2 year ago but due to an accident the wedding was postponed in last minutes. Pronovias keep the dress in storage during the time without any complaints.

Really nice dresses, but you have to make an appointment before and they only talk spanish there.
The truth is that I have to say that the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. Fatima, the young lady who has attended us has been everything that a great professional should gather. Kind, nice, very close, with a lot of knowledge of fabrics, cuts, falls ... In the second dress I was already clear about what I wanted and what suited me and of course I left with my purchased wedding dress. No dress has been spared for me to try on even one I have tried it on twice and always with a smile. I am delighted and happy with the treatment, the dress and the professionalism. Super recommended
Fátima from Pronovias Alicante is the best! She has really committed to me from the second 0, she has understood me and has treated me like a friend. Unfortunately I had bad experiences in other shops and I was very sad about my wedding, but she has really made me get excited about finding my perfect dress.
