The Vault was an amazing place. Very clean. Very friendly and very airy. An awesome place for any event.
My 50th Birthday Celebration went without a hitch February 2020. Tory and security guard (don't remember her name) were very instrumental in the smoothness of my event. Guests were "wowed" by the set-up and space! Great classy, elegant evening!
I recently booked the vault 2 weeks in advance (initial deposit and remainder deposit sent) for an event and everything was going really smooth until my event staff started to arrive. They were told that the venue was double booked and that we could not set up until 9pm. The contract that I was sent by a representative from the vault stated that my event would be from 8p - 11pm.
I spoke with the owner , who acted as if me asking to speak with her to voice my concerns was an inconvenience . She stated that any event that she has at the vault trumps any other event. ( yes , it was the owners event that was going on while my event was suppose to start). The owner then stated that the person I sent my payment to doesn’t work for the Vault ( but she’s the same person who unlocked the doors and gave me a walk through earlier that same week) . I’m really disappointed in the lack of accountability that was taken.
P.S. People from the owners event went upstairs and stole food that they knew didn’t belong to them from us, and the owner stated that it “wasn’t that serious”
