Reviews from visitors:
Nice museum which tells you history of Bangkok old town and the old Banglumphu area. They also provide guided tour with good English speaking guide. At the top floor, you can get a good panoramic view of Rama 8 suspension bridge and the old fort nearby. Highly recommend.
Knowledge for Thai money history with interesting exhibition. But it would be better if the guest are freely look the exhibition with their own peace without the staff. Or staff be there for guiding is enough.
Great museum!
Highly recommend the guided tour which is given by the friendly staff who speak excellent English.
What a little gem this is. So glad we discovered it and took the time to visit. The tour starts a little slow but then gradually the lovely guide Fai reveals more and more about the Bang Lamphu district, Fai is very passionate about the district and it clearly shows. 30 bahts for an enjoyable and informative hour.
Local history museum of the banglamphu area. Clean exhibit with interesting items and stories. The English translation is done well especially compared to other Thai museums
