This place is absolutely beautiful full color and the surroundings and the scenery of Benidorm is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. the staff are super super friendly and the dolphins are absolutely fantastic nothing bad to say about this place except for 100% perfect what an amazing place this place is Autistic friendly as I am Autistic. come and visit this a beautiful place and see all the amazing attractions and wildlife what this place has to offer you will not be disappointed it is absolutely 100% Perfect

Visited a week after they opened for summer 2020. Was even quieter than expected. Almost more staff than customers. Everyone who we encountered working there was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a great day out. Being so quiet it seemed like everything was just there for us.
We got a flyer for reduced admission. The gate price is more expensive than online but the reduction still gave us money off.
The price was worth it just for the dolphin show. This was the definite highlight although the rest of the park is pretty good.
Understably not much was open by the way of kiosks although the main restaurant was. Also the kids play park is currently shut.
Well worth a visit. Enjoyable for kids and adults
Today we enjoyed the vip experience.
The staff were wonderful and showed us how things happened behind the scenes.
The animals are well looked after and loved by the staff.
The sea lions are well fed and trained and seemed as if they were happy.
The parrots were lovely and it was good to see how they are looked after and trained.
The guides are very knowledgable and friendly and they will do anything to help. A lovely bite to eat and juice at half time with a bag and t shirt for souvenirs.
A lovely day at a lovely park during this awful covid situation.
Giuseppe was our guide today and he was outstanding. He loves his job with passion and gave us some really good information and knows a lot about the park.

It was the best show ever-and my birthday! I was in animal heaven.. This place was so well kept and Clean. Brilliant and great value for money. You have to go. The dolphins are amazing.
