The place itself was fine but the room was very "cosy" and the floors there were extremely dirty.

They would not refund me my money for the reservation. I explained to them that my flight and the medical conference got cancelled and I have no way to fly to Bergamo. They are basically unethical, greedy and hungry thieves with the worst customer service ever.
