These guys are awesome. Got boots fitted for a snowboard, I tried them out, didn't love them, and when I came back the let me exchange them for a different pair that they thought would fit better based on the problems I was having and I love the new pair. Customer service was great and all the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable giving me a bunch of great tips along the way. I will definitely be going back again.

Felt pressure in my ski boots and assumed it was my arch. I got directed to Jason for a diagnosis of the issue and almost instantly he found the real problem (a bone in my foot) and was able to correct it for me while I was there. Awesome service and Jason is a great boot doctor!
I was there with my 2 other friends yesterday. We rented three bikes and they asked us to come back at 7PM. When we came back at 7:02 PM and these guys we closed entirely without even informing us. You had our phone numbers and emails right? We left all of our belongings inside the shop, got stranded for hour without car keys, wallet (cold, thristy, and hungry). We started asking the shops around them whether they had any contact number of the business manager or owner, after few mins all three bikes were gone and we later found out it was taken next door shop without informing us. We had to call the cops to help us out. Cops were able to contact the manager and she later opened the door with no apologies and left. Wow!!! Our first experience at Breckenridge was ruined by the management of this shop. You guys are providing great service for the community and the tourists but this is not the way to treat your customers.
Hiking the CT and stopped in here randomly. The guys were super helpful and friendly locals. Got myself some inserts for the trail shoes and was off with some pep in my step. Thanks!
