Our four year old grandson was very impressed. He loves large machinery. He pushed on the caboose car to see if he could move it. From an adult perspective, it's really great to have this history preserved. The associated museum is only open seasonally, however. Minus one star. As a bonus, it's a short walk from this exhibit to the famous Troll sculpture. The four year old mind has hopefully been left with an image of that which will be remembered in his adult years.

Great for kids. Hunt and find the troll. Well worth it

Very cool playground, but no swings, per my 4 year old. Mom wasnt complaining tho.

Awesome place! My son loved it

Not too "museum-y" for the family with young kids. But enough cool stuff to learn a few things and let the kids play.
