When we booked online our reservation we paid for king bed room with breakfasts and ocean view for 10 nights!When we came here yesterday we got two small beds with no breakfast, and they refused to change it ,because they didn’t have the right room available the guy at front desk said ! Then I went and talk to another girl after 2 hours and she took my phone number and email
And said she will find out and will let me know ! Day two -no respond ...
horrible customer treating ,I never have problems like this in other hotels ! They suppose to make their customers happy and they just don’t care ...
Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is amazing and the staff provides exceptional customer service. This is the top hotel in all of Cartagena. I recommend this over any other hotel! If you want the best experience stay at Intercontential Cartagena
Intercontinental staff was fabulous. Food was excellent and pool was amazing. Ocean view was unbelievable. Only frustrating thing that had nothing to do with the hotel was the beach. Beach water and waves felt amazing, but the vendors were too much and so annoying you couldn’t really enjoy it. I have never been so overwhelmed by vendors in all the countries I’ve been to. I’m guessing it’s due to much less tourism with covid going on. The economy definitely needs a boost in Cartagena.
