So disappointing.
My partner booked a vip tour of Mt Etna and the only reason we found out it was cancelled was by us calling the tour provider,

Highly anticipated this tour and soooo disappointed.
No one showed up, no information upfront, not reachable at the number in the email. After 10 tries calling them, they canceled the event. Worst service ever....
I have been collaborating with this company for about a month. Professional staff always at the customer's service to satisfy their needs. Great variety of tour packages, excellent value for money. Excellent idea to create box offices around the city of Catania.

We did the tour with Maria Luisa, a delightful person who describes the city of Catania to you in an easy and understanding way, but who at the same time introduces you to small pearls that you can't find in books. It was like walking with a friend. Highly recommended!
I booked an excursion with them, and the partner did not consider the deposit valid.
I asked for at least partial reimbursement, they denied me even that, stating that "terms and conditions are valid" - of course, if your partner accepts the deposit!
