I see this company growing everytime I visit Cebu City. Now it has it’s own gallery right in their residence. Beautiful collection of modern and antique arts and paintings. Bravissimi!

recommended place to bring a kid for a visit. just a small gallery. nice location. place is clean. the guy who did the tour is friendly. the painting they have on display are not that costly. good parking area.
Highlight of my trip to the city. As said in other reviews, don't expect to see butterflies swarming you, although we did manage to see some beautiful ones while in the garden. Come for the experience and the history behind this sanctuary! Ms. Jumalon is a wonderful storyteller.
In October, they will be celebrating her father's accomplishments with an exhibition!
Its a nice place. Though I came there just to purchase paintbrushes. They have good quality paintbrushes but it would be nice to have variety of sizes.. :)
The building has an old unique look externally. I personally love the floors especially the stairs. It is a large building and it even has a public library on the third floor. It's commonly used by students who are reviewing for board examination and for students who has research and thesis.
This is the only music museum in the Visayas. You can listen to old Philippine music here. You can gain more knowledge not just in folk songs but also the different musical instruments used by the ancestral people of the Philippines.
The seat of authority of the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cebu is found here. Although it may be the lesser known and least frequented place of worship as compared to the Minor Basilica of Sto. Niño de Cebu, its importance is on the very top with regards to Roman Catholic Churches in Cebu. If you are on the area already, don't forget to include this Church in your itinerary.
Museo Sugbo ... is the Cebu Provincial Museum , located in the former Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center ( Prison )
This Cebu City Historical Museum , is found over a kilometre up the same road , from Plaza Independencia
The historical prison , now museum was built from coral stone ... some of this stone is from a demolished church , in the late 1870

The Prison housed not only criminals in its 135 year history - from 1870 to 2004.
* During the revolution many of the Katipuneros ( revolutionist against Spanish Rule ) were incarcerated here without trial & many of them were eventually executed in nearby Carreta cemetery
* During the Japanese occupation WW2 , guerrillas were imprisoned here , after enduring torture under the hands of the Kempeitai ( the Japanese secret police )
* After the war , many of the collaborators in Cebu were also imprisoned here

This museum consist of mainly religious & historical antiques, and memorable stuffs such as paintings, stamps, crafts, written copies, photos..
The rich collections enable us to understand the background & history of the religion in Cebu.
Entrance fee is quite high compare to some other museums that are free of charge or with local tour guide, if you are very specifically interested in religion or it's relevant history in Cebu, this museum provided sufficient information & coverage.
Come and visit Artissimo Art House. An exhibit is happening. A friend of mind is showing her photos and paintings to inspire and encourage others how she overcome her struggles in life and how paintings help her in coping stress. The exhibit is still happening until June 27 and paintings available for sale. Thank you
