Bought a pair of Solomon Cross here and had to return them the next day because my toes were just smushed (I’m new to trail running and sizing!). The manager was very kind about allowing an exchange despite having worn them out on the road and was very patient in letting me try on different sizes to try and find the perfect pair. If you’re looking for a first pair of trail shoes and have no idea what to do, it’s worth stepping into the shop to get some help from these guys!
They have all the latest Salomon goodies
The staff was so sweet, looking everywhere just to find a specific pair of socks for me. In the end they couldn't find them and were very apologetic about it. I bought a similar pair instead. They have a nice spread of gear and are easy to find near the middle of town.
Absolutely careless staff, they do not bother to help. My husband wanted to by a trousers, two assistants were sending him from one to other, being busy with placing skiboots (in October), without presence of any other customers they just simply refused to help him find proper size, rudely sent him to look around ground floor, where they "have plenty". He found himself on figurine, after staff spot it they hide inside the shop and did not appear back. Luckily, he found even better (S-Lab) for much better price on eshop next day (sportsshoes) so does not need your shop. Will avoid also in the future.
The staff could be a little more helpful. Good selection of one of the best brands in the world.
