Possibly the worst bank i have come across in Europe, don't answer the phone nor answer emails. Ive been given the wrong information about a loan for over a week and still no answer... Unacceptable

Lamentable management !! I agree with the comments above: unreachable on the phone so a tip if you receive a satisfaction survey do not hesitate to respond and transcribe your feelings without forgetting to leave your contact details you will be called within 48 hours !! As for emails it is to wonder if they are read or who manages them ?? I will not dwell on all the incidents encountered with this bank too many negative things to mention !! I do not recommend it to anyone and as quoted in the comments LEAVE
Agency unreachable on the phone, we have to go to the agency. Not very practical when you live next door.
the Chamonix agency is unreachable by phone, does not open at the time indicated on the site, emails remain unanswered even in the emergency ....
