Reviews from visitors:
The museum is organised very confusing. The plates explaining certain pieces of art are placed randomly at walls and not at the art itself and I actually had to go find the right plate for some prices. On top of that the different areas are not really thematically connected and you sometimes stumble into a room and wonder why there are suddenly completely different kinds of exhibits.
A world class museum. With one of the most important exhibits of the Christian religion, Musée Unterlinden is a must-see in Colmar. Do not miss this place should you ever come to this wonderful medieval Alsatian town.
It is interesting for religious and cultural documentation of the cloister and the region, at a bit more interactivity would be nice for the children. The information is provided in three languages, French, German, and English. The bluish and whitish arrows should guide you through the full exhibition. But at the end it left the feeling we missed something as between the floors it was a little confusing.
Very nice museum. We can see the history from ancient to today, and also see the Picasso^^
Definitely worth a visit
