This tour was excellent. Had a great content, was beautifully paced and the information was interesting, inspiring, genuine and very well delivered. We are so grateful we did this tour and it will stand in our memory as one of our highlights of our stay during several days in Cologne. The guide had passion, knowledge, respect for street art, intelligence and sensibility.The neighborhood where it takes place is also very interesting and has a lot of cafes, restaurants, cultural centers... It was a great introduction to the Ehrenfeld quarter. We spent a couple of hours exploring it after the tour and made us want to come back in further trips to Cologne. Thanks Eva for such a great time. Good job!
My first thought at Art Academy was that if Portishead is playing here, it must be a good place. The personal, experienced way of the very qualified lecturers approaching the learners, the well-thought-out teaching of techniques and the free (re) impulses for thought make learning in the FAAC really cool. Particularly noteworthy are the portfolio courses with Ivan, where all of his students were accepted at an art university within 14 years. So I think my first gut feeling was right here for once.
This is the best museum I saw in Cologne. A lot of paintings, modern art and sculptures. There are around 10 originals from Picasso and 1 from Dali.
It took me around 2,5 hours to see everything.

Really glad I went but its not really a gallery. It's a promotion shopfront for a high end photography printing service. Some lovely images to see but I really wonder how many they ever sell.
I loved this place so much that I spent months trying to find it every time I'd walk around Cologne, but I kept forgetting the name and the street. Now that I finally found it again, I was happy to meet Nina again who has very good taste for art and is always happy to recommend great and unique pieces at extremely affordable prices. Please come, at least for a chat. Guaranteed to find the right people!
My favorite gallery in Cologne! Great artists, super charming team and always exciting exhibitions of contemporary art. My tip: The best way to look around and fall in love with "his picture" is to come back after the vernissage.
