Reviews from visitors:
This is really a fantastic Museum located near the Kölner Dom and the big train station so it's easy to get to. It's quite a large museum with a fair amount to offer including painting sculpture in photography over three floors. when I was there just recently they had a wonderful historical photo exhibit and also some the artworks i had looked at in books and school and had never seen such as the Picasso and Kandinsky and Otto Dix. Really worth a visit! From inside the museum you also have some nice views of cologne as they have a great window view and also two outdoor patios that you can go out on. They have a locker area and a coat check. So if you're traveling you can bring your things there and lock them up and not have to carry them around with you. They allow photography of most of the artworks
Excellent museum with a great selection of art.
Amazing museum, highly recommended
This is a must when you visit Cologne. It was a surprising delight that they had a pop art collection complete with Andy Warhol, Roy Liechtenstein and even the wonderful Pablo Picasso. I enjoyed this place as there was plenty of Instagrammable or selfie worthy moments.
This is the best museum I saw in Cologne. A lot of paintings, modern art and sculptures. There are around 10 originals from Picasso and 1 from Dali.
It took me around 2,5 hours to see everything.
Toilets and cloakroom available.
