Very nice. They have a restaurant which is pretty nice. Their Provoleta is amazing. Hotel in general is pretty good and is located in front of a shopping mall.
The hotel is pretty and the staff, very friendly, but the walls are paper-thin. If someone flushes a toilet or speaks, it sounds like it's happening in your room. It's almost impossible to sleep during the day. Also, Sheratons usually have really comfortable beds. Not this one.
The hotel is clean and comfortable with great views of the city. Personnel is incredibly helpful and polite.
Amazing room service and views! Nice pool to relax and enjoy some sun.
