I have wanted to close my prefer account at this bank for 3 months and I still have pending questions. The account executive assigned to me works very poorly. Your directions are a disaster. Every time you send me to some procedure, it almost certainly cannot be done. This María T. girl is from the Rivadavia street branch in front of Plaza San Martín.
So if you have an account in Galicia and plan to close it, prepare well in advance.
Terrible attention Few people attending. I took a number to deposit by cashier, they sent me to deposit by cashier, the cashier was called when I had made a deposit and did not give me the receipt and there was no one to come to solve the problem.
