Repeatedly bad experience with a savings bank. In the past, when withdrawing with the Visa card, a maximum of € 150 was very often spent, on September 20, 2018, a payout was completely refused, although the Visa symbol is displayed on the machine and you then have to spend money, you are obliged to do so. no matter whether you are a customer there or not. When asked at the counter, there was only one cheeky answer.
