Top advice. Change settings and requests were implemented immediately. It's a shame that only 5 stars can be awarded. Would have deserved a lot more. Conclusion: Again and again
The previous reviews certainly referred to the Landsberger company. The experience with the Geers company is just bad. A hearing aid should be checked. This was done reluctantly, as it was already half an hour before the lunch break. After return, the device was cleaned and a hose was replaced. This fun should then cost € 69. After I pointed out that the device was still not working, I was offered an appointment in 8 days. Also my advice that the hose was not properly adjusted and the device always slips out of the ear was ignored. My good advice: stay away from this company !!
The first acoustician who takes his time and the settings really optimized and not just wild tried.
Even my 10-year-old hearing aids were reset and I had no further change requests. This has never been the case, usually I needed up to six appointments until it at least went reasonably.
The new test devices were immediately set great. Only then can you really compare the devices. Really recommended.
