Great atmosphere. Definitely saved our ugly weather day of vacation.
The bars, restaurants and shopping are fabulous! Good food, service and beautiful views!
Might want to bring your own tunes if you're just cruising through, the music they play over the numerous speakers around the area, absolutely sucks.
Destin is such a beautiful place, it's unique as it has beaches, a harbor, a bay, and a way to access all of it by boat! Amazing!
If you're walking east along the harborwalk, continue for another half a mile or so and you'll see even more restaurants, fishing boats, bars, clubs and entertainment! This place is awesome!
A very colorful boardwalk. It is more for adults and children 9+. A few shops...mostly venues (food trucks and restaurants). Lots of charters to fish or just sight see the gulf. Overall very clean. Nice place to have a short stroll. Parking is limited and would suggest to pay for parking during peak times at hotel.
The Destin Harbor Boardwalk, located in Destin, Florida, was an absolute pleasure. There were so many fun and exciting things to do. There are a number of great restaurants, many shops and boutiques, bars, boat rentals, zip lines, games, and much, much more. There is ample parking to access the boardwalk, as well as additional parking if you are eating at one of the restaurants. The mood was exciting, even in the winter when we visited. And hang out until sunset for spectacular view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. A must visit if you go to Destin!
Golly I tell you what. The best day of our trip to Florida was at this boardwalk. Lots of neat things to do and the best part is the dolphin cruise. Now some of you fellas may not think a dolphin cruise to be all that cool. However, the dolphin cruise here at the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, has free beer on the boat for the entire duration of the cruise. There's nothing quite like getting hammered on a boat in the gulf of Mexico while a guy dressed like a leprechaun pours you drinks and they play music and dance and you can see real live swimming dolphins and it's an all around dandy of a time. Would highly recommend the Dolphin Cruise. Great family fun for the wife and kids to see the aquatic wildlife while you get hammered on a boat that you don't have to drive. Now that's living
