I took the Key West Express for the first time this past weekend. The ride was smooth going to Key West and back to Fort Myers. I used vouchers that I bought almost 2 yrs ago and had no problem redeeming them. You have a lot of seating options with the chance to buy basic food and drinks! Great experience!
Rough ride due to weather, but very happy on how the crew handled the situation. They were always helping and cleaning to improve the experience. The ship was very comfortable as well. We will definitely book again for future trips.
The fastest way to get to Key west without flying. Leaves early in the morning and returns later that night. I suggest staying overnight and give yourself a chance to look around and shop and be sure to eat at one of the local resturants. Make sure to take time to experience the most beautiful sunsets.
If you’re looking for a quick getaway to Key West and don’t feel like driving then take the express. They have the boarding and disembarking down to a science. Good prices for beer and snacks on the boat and the food was good. The crew is very professional and the boat is clean. Normally we drive but now this is an option. This past weekend was our first time on the express but will definitely be back!
It was my first time on the Express and I was very impressed with the entire experience! The crew was OUTSTANDING on February 11th and 12th! Professional, friendly, hard working team! I would definitely use this company again!
