The place is great, is near from the Benfica shopping, has a lot of bus stops for get you in any place of Fortaleza and in some part of others city like Maracanaú, but always keep yours eyes open, in alert state, because there has occasionally some robbers.

This is a historic place of the most important university of the state of Ceará. This place is where the Chancellor (or president) of the Federal University of Ceará work, right behind the pink walls in the first floor near the little tower in the building. This place is historic by itself and also by it surroundings. You can find important statues of the founder of UFC (Professor Antonio Martins Filho), trees planted by older chancellors (presidents) and also be able to enjoy a little when taking a walk under the trees while hearing the birds singing. Besides all of that, by walking through the building, you are able to find pictures of remarkable moments at the UFC, when famous personalities visited the university and walked by the hallways you are nowadays walking. Also, you can admire the antique architecture of he building, preserved in the inside and the outside.
It is definitely a good place to visit if you like to know about the UFC or just admire a beautiful and historic place.
