I do not agree with the "total" inefficiency of the Municipality, especially in the Via Pavia site: today the archivist and the private building manager have gone out of their way to solve a problem of mine up until 1985, not I was neither a "friend" nor a "friend of friends" and I reside in another municipality, but they treated me with the utmost competence and courtesy. Unfortunately, the headquarters in Via Della Pace is truly Shameful ...
