Great shop! The owner paints the ornament gourds and the paintings in the shop, which are beautiful. You may even be able to see her in action painting!
Amazing works sold here over a variety of styles. They also keep their workshop open most days, and are very welcoming to anyone who comes up to talk about the work they are doing and about the surprisingly expansive history of their building. Must-see if you're into craft stores.
A favorite artists collective in the foothills of the Smokies. Excellent variety of media and creative styles.
Loved the selection of items in this shop. Found beautiful ote cards and small painted gourds by Louise Bales. I also found a wonderful sourwood carved pepper mill that will make a great addition to my kitchen not only for the wood carving but also for the functionality.
Great collection of handcrafted items housed under one historical roof. The painter. Louise Bales was so knowledgeable about the work of the many craftsmen and the history of the community.
