Reviews from visitors:
The opening times should be the time of last entry. It's actually 45 minutes before the times stated on the door.
Great and informative museum. Usually doesn’t take more than an hour to visit. One can go all the way up to the tower to observe the city view. Greatly recommended!
Misleading name for the museum as it does not offer a comprehensive view of the history of the city instead focusing on the buildings history. Access to the bell tower is closed during winter which was a shame.
Edit: I have increased rating to 3 stars as the museum has replied. Looking forward to visiting and seeing the new history museum
Great building! Very nice view open on this structure from Basilica of St. Mary tower!
Museum telling the history and present day of Gdansk. How it was destroyed and rebuilt. Worth to visit this museum first to understand the city's history. This museum served as the town hall before were the rulers used to work.
It has number of art pieces of how it used to look like.
