Culture centre and art gallery

Ok.

A cultural institution that stands out from other Tri-City institutions by promoting the culture and art of the countries of the Baltic region. Very interesting events, festivals (Sounds of the North, Festival of World Cultures, Baltic Meetings of Illustrators), helpful staff. In addition, the beautiful building of the Old Town Hall and the St. John. I recommend.
