What a great "space" in the heart of Surfers Paradise! One of the first places I can take friends that visit from overseas or interstate. Inevitably they will buy a beautiful piece of local art, sculpture, jewellery or glass.. some stunning work at fantastic prices. The artists work the Gallery and they are so approachable and friendly that it makes it a pleasure to browse here! Highly recommended number one "places to visit" in Surfers!
I did the 12 week beginners course and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff here are lovely and everyone is so willing to help and answer questions.
The beginners course is very hands on, with a good amount of theory thrown in (lots on tone and colour!).

Absolutely amazing. Worth every cent. We spent about 1.5 hours in the 8 rooms and it was so much fun. If you are down on the gold coast at all, particularly if it raining, this is the place to spend some time. I am not a professional photographer but my photos came out great with the help of the stickers matching each painting. Friendly staff as well who will take photos of your group for you and show you ways of posing.

The entries were of such a high standard that one could not help being impressed.
We thoroughly enjoyed a leisurely tour of all categories with frequent discussions with others and several volunteers who were on hand to generously assist with their expertise and knowledge.
I would encourage anybody with even a passing interest in art to attend and appreciate these fine paintings which incidentally included a remarkable one by an artist I met 61 years ago.
Always one of my favourite galleries to visit in Surfers. 19 Karen has stayed open throughout this 2020 crazy year. It's a bright and breezy space with equally colourful & surprising art, a feast for the eyes. Pop in and enjoy ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I honestly wouldn't shop elsewhere on the Gold Coast. The two lovely ladies behind the counter are always happy to spend time helping me make the best choices. We browse over real paint swatch charts so that I can see exactly what I'm purchasing. I love Daniel Smith watercolours and their knowledge is great comparing brands and colour choices. They never make me feel like I'm a burden. And they give discounts for further purchases. With art products being expensive, this is important to me. I went to Eckersley once and they made me feel like I was interrupting them. They were abrupt and unhelpful. I will never shop there again. My precious dollars are happily spent at Musgrave. They smile and know my name. I get the best customer service. So much love for this shop and the staff. I highly recommend Musgrave Art for quality customer service and products. 5 stars from me.
Gold coast has so many things to do apart from beach activities. You can enjoy outdoor artworks, gallery, movies, and live performances. It's just next to the water and worthwhile spending time here alone or with your family. I had a wonderful time here and I believe that you will too.

A fab experience to see sculptures on nature’s best backdrop. The beach and sea. Such talent and great pieces of art work to see. Suitable for families with small children. Parking can be a bit busy esp on weekends. Catch it if you can as it’s only on for three weeks. You won’t be disappointed.
