It's become a Gold Coast institution. A place for a Friday or Saturday to gather with friends and have a drink, and enjoy some good food. Food changes regularly, however this time I spent most of my time in the gin bar. Over 100 gins to choose from and some great cocktails.
The staff where knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant a great place to eat your treats and treat your self with a well constructed gin cocktail.
Great place! Loud live music not suited for chatting tho
Was excited to come here as never been before. I was disappointed with only 4/5 stalls to choose from. I expected there to be more. The one thing I'll say is you get good value on the food, proper servings.
Miami is unique and stunning but Eat Street has WAY more variety.
Interesting place. Good for a group or different kind of dining experience. We've been a few times and pros would be: the different stalls make it so you can cater to various appetites, the bar has some good cocktails, it's lively but not too loud (at least right now being slower due to COVID).
Cons: Not enough food stalls (I've had the same thing two times now which feels silly), live music not on both times we went, for some reason children are permitted to just run and scream all over the place.
Will I be back? Yeah, probably. Maybe once they introduce more stalls again. Should you visit? Totally. It's a unique and laid back evening.
Amazing place to go with friends or with your partner. The atmosphere is really nice and the live music sets a very cool mood. There is a lot of different thing to eat! Good meat sandwiches and pizzas. Even the toilets are super cool, they did a great job with the decoration.
Will go often for sure since it's just a few minutes walk from the beach.
