Sanshinkan- the name is now an integral part of my being. I joined the institute wondering if I could become a regular at martial arts and here I am enjoying every session every day for the last 3 years. The warmth, the personal attention, the firmness needed for improvement has changed me both physically and mentally. I have improved in totality. If I miss my classes I feel something essential missing. I applaud their professionalism and wish them the best always.
I had an awesome experience at Sanshinkan. Owner Yashpal Sir and trainer Seth both motivates you to break the boundaries and attain a new fitness level. I would surely love to join back again very soon.

An amazing place, amazing coaches. Apart from training ones body they also make one have a very strong mind. One goes beyond limits. All the martial arts learnings in terms of principles, mind training go a long way in helping in ones professsional and personal life too.
Team is genuinely engaged.They focus on strengthening basic concepts first, before jumping ahead. My child has been attending for last 2 years and he enjoys each day. Sensei Anamika and team are doing an amazing job.
