The online classes are a great way to keep the laziness away. It’s a great start to the morning! Keeps me active and satisfied with the rest of the day. During these times I have something to look forward to - not only the exercises but also what I learn during the class. Thanks Amit for all your effort!
It is just amazing the way this is done.
During the workout you have to go through very highly exerting exercises making you touch your limits. And the end 10 minutes are the moments when you are relaxed via meditation. Since you have gone through so much in the first 50 minutes its like getting a touch of heaven in those last 10 minutes. Its just amazing
Amazing classes our fitness levels have spiked up immensely!! Amit sir is awesome. Me and my husband are huge fans of him, he reads his students requirements really well. He not only builds up his students' endurance & strength but also will power and confidence. He constantly checks on everyone if they doing things the right way or if anything hurts. We learn many arts from him. Would highly recommend to come here and grow yourself.

I joined the Dojo in early Feb and I can already see a huge positive change in my fitness levels, strength and mental composure. Amit Sensei is the best instructor you could get - he will push you to your limits without breaking you. He also ensures that you not only learn the forms but also the logic behind them.
After the Dojo shut due to COVID, he quickly institutionalized online classes for all of us. We initially thought it wouldn't be the same (and it isn't) but we have managed to keep up the same level of intensity and learning. It's been a life-changing experience so a big thank you to the Amit Sensei and the Dojo!
