One of the lady with midum short brown hair in the reception was very unfriendly.
We bought the museum tickets from the link provided by google map. It's definitely official and real tickets. However, the lady in the reception told us that she has never saw such kind of tickets in her life, and she refused to let us enter the museum.
We asked her to try to scan the QR code of our tickets but she rejected our requirement again (?).
Then we asked to return the money back if we cannot enter the museum and she said NO again! What a brilliant service!
The employee has 0% knowledge of with which supplies the museum is working and claim that our tickets are fake even though we bought via Google map!
So many beautiful paintings, inspiring art.
Good art museum, worth a visit. The contemporary art areas are quite interesting.
The best museum in Hamburg, very nice permanent collections. You can spend hours there
