The coaching team from Bodystreet Hannover at Aegidientorplatz goes into the training very much on the individual needs of the training participants and not only plays a rehearsed training program.
The open and cordial nature of the team creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times, in which one is challenged and encouraged during training under the best possible conditions.

Super nice and qualified trainers and a great atmosphere! You feel very comfortable and well treated in this studio. The advice is very honest and I was very attentive to my needs. In contrast to any gym, the training is tailored to me and I have the feeling that it is about me and my health and not about any externalities (poses in front of the mirror or any "competitions").
All trainers are super friendly and competent. Even if the day was stressful, they'll motivate you. There is also great advice on nutrition and everyday tips. I feel really good at Bodystreet!
I've been training almost every week for over 3 years now and I've just felt a lot better since then. The training is very individual and very personal !!! It is not always the same "personal trainer", but each "personal trainer has its" idiosyncrasies "and special focus, which in turn makes the training varied. The team of 2 is much more effective than mass processing in the fitness center. My posture and has it improves a lot and my back problems are history. 20 minutes a week is really enough.
Sehr nettes Team, bei dem man sich wohl fühlt. Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen, der mit wenig Zeitaufwand trotzdem ein forderndes und effektives Training sucht!
