Was with Douglas today. The nice lady who advised me was very nice and very careful about precautionary measures against Corona. I chose a make-up in a high price category, which I wanted to buy but wasn't sure about the color choice. The nice lady gave me a q-tip, with which I could test the color, according to safety regulations as I was allowed to test it before in other douglas branches. The lady was so turned on and yelled at by a younger employee (no idea what role she plays) in front of me that I felt very guilty and uncomfortable as a customer. I will never go to this branch again.
