The gigantic 1970s brutalist residential/shopping/office complex has a prime location in fashionable Linden on the river bank. About 3000 people live in it. However, the shopping area had design flaws, the planned transport link never materialized, and much of it now stands empty and dilapidated. One of the most controversial buildings in Germany, many want it torn down, while others still see potential for renovation and renewal.

Nice place by the river Ihme, with young people, lots of good places around the corner.

Looks bit old but good for residential purposes.

Post apocalyptic feeling.

So small rooms , so small building , you need instructor or guide to find it
