A really good way to train as effectively as possible in a short amount of time. Especially for those who "never have time for sport". It's really a lot of fun and brings you a lot. The trainers are really motivated and the training really goes deep. A great way to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. Right at the first training session, this Hammer Team completely convinced me and I look forward to the training every week. The happiness afterwards is free. And now it's your turn, go there, make an appointment, be there and step on the gas. Why? Because 20 minutes is enough!
