Well organised store. Easy to find products. English speaking employees..
I waited for long and looked around yet no one came for help, so I opened the unlocked drawer down there to have a glance whether they have the thing I looked for. Immediately someone came and blamed me heavily. Meanwhile the rest of the shopping assistants were standing there and chatting like crazy.

We were there on October 24th, 2020 early afternoon and wanted to buy a € 60 voucher for our little brother. The young employees were very friendly and accommodating. For the one star.
The older lady at the cash register was so sluggish to us and didn't want to advise us and even turned away when we asked her something.
We said it was for a young man and got two more samples of a disgusting women's perfume Jill Sander Sun.
If you don't fancy people, maybe you should look for a job with less customer contact, in my opinion.
