Reviews from visitors:
It's unfortunate that they don't allow tourists onto the train street as before but you can still go in there for a cup of coffee or some food and get some pictures clicked and enjoy your time. It's quieter and less crowded now with the restricted entry now. But we had fun and felt like we had the place to ourselves.
It was easy to find this place with google maps. You will find few cafes along the track serving beverages at reasonable price, we spend around 30min there as we did not wait for the train to pass by, just wanted to experience the atmosphere. The part I did not like is how the cafe owners and railway officer ♀️ controls the place and will not allow u inside unless u sit at their cafes. Besides that it’s worth going there just to feel the place.
Great experience witnessing the train go through such a small space. People said it would arrive at 7pm however it came at 7.45pm. Cant gain access to the track unless you buy a drink. You then follow a cafe assistant through a random shop. They will walk you up the track to the cafes. These people are based at the junction where the track joins the road.
Fun tourist attraction. Grab a coffee along the tracks or wander the streets and find some good cafes and streetfood
Pretty nice place to visit. some nice cafes nearby with some good view.
