I brought in an art piece made by my great Aunt in the 1930s and I was hesitant leaving it with anyone because I was scared of the art piece being changed in any way but after reading the great reviews I decided to leave it at the D&D Art Inc. and it was the BEST experience ever. They walked me through each step and would call me if they found something new and always kept me up to date. It was beyond my expectations. It ended up looking brand new and bright. You couldn't tell it had been varnished or anything. We also needed to get the frame done and they so nicely recommended someone who also did an amazing job. Overall they are amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend.
Following a recent move, I discovered the last work of art my father passed down to me had torn in two different sections. I scoured the internet searching for a local, reputable company capable of restoring this family heirloom. The work this sister duo executed in not only repairing my beloved painting but restoring it to its original glory is nothing short of extraordinary. I vehemently recommend D&D Art Inc for any/all of your precious art restorations.
I took my wall sculpture piece to be repaired right before I left out of town. She did a great job and the service and warmth that she showed was 5 star.
I have been a dealer in Medieval Arms and Armor and other antiques for 35 years. In the past I have sent my restoration work to New York or Europe. What a surprise I had with the amazing world class museum quality restoration work of D and D done here in Miami. There restoration is a fraction of what I am use to paying. Additionally I do not have to wait months for a restoration and incur expensive shipping costs. I give them my highest recommendation and look forward to working with them for many years to come.
I was introduced to these two ladies by a very large and experienced collector who assured me that their work was top class and first rate. I can attest to this fact fully and that their work was done within the time frame provided for completion. When some issues came up with one of the painting they promptly explained the issue and provided me with a bit of history of how this type of thing can come up and how a collector - owner should deal with this, which was greatly appreciated as it could of been handled in more costly ways had i not of been informed and given a full overall assessment. I would recommend them to anyone and have future art coming to them for the same services.
