Amazing. Totally amazing. Really, go and look. Go at night. Enjoy the coffee etc. Great. But check out the whole building. This place is special. Not a bit special but a whole lot! In Australian language, "bloody amazing."
4 Tuan Gallery

images
We visited the gallery and liked several pieces of the art on display . Mr and Mrs Tuan were so helpful and have developed a really good reputation internationally over the last 15 years.
We agreed a price on a painting and paid the shipping costs and left them to package and ship it. They sent us by email a copy of the receipt and estimated delivery date and it arrived on time and in perfect condition professionally wrapped and protected.
An excellent service and great artist.

One of the oldest house remaining.
Great architecture, you can feel some sort of a vibe when you walk in there. It definitely got a soul. It literally transports you in the past.

8 Hoi An Market

Very crowded and all the souvenirs are super expensive here. But you have yo experience it once, and it's ina. UNESCO World Heritage site. Beautiful place, and must visit in the night. Try the street food.
9 HAHA - Art In Everything

images
Beautiful! Wish I could go back to this place again & get some pics
10 Japanese Covered Bridge

images
Its a historical element. Better from afar, for a good pic. BUT it does give access to a lovely walking street, my favourite in Hoi An. It is tree covered and cool, with art shop , a gallery and some excellent coffee.
12 Gam - Gemstones Art Museum

images
Great spot to stop and have a quiet drink away from the crowds (although no cheap local options on the menu) or the front deck also offers 2 lounge chairs to sit back people watch
13 The Old House of Phung Hung

images
I enjoyed this house for the history and the architecture. Yes, the ladies inside are selling things, but I didn't feel they were too pushy.
14 Hoi An Traditional Art Performance House

images
We enjoyed the performance very much as it portrayed the traditional Vietnamese cultural dances and songs. The performers engaged the audience by inviting them to dance at the stage as well. However, the performances are in Vietnamese language and foreigners would need some guidance of the content of the performances.
15 Hoi An Street Market

Love the place ! It’s such a quiet heaven as there are very few if any motorbikes around, so you can walk the streets and enjoy an easy stroll without fearing for your life or you ears. There is a friendly, easy atmosphere.
Do not buy anything without a lot of haggling. We found that prices went down to three times the asking amount when negotiating properly. Keep it fun and friendly though. No need to bully anyone like we’ve seen some people do) and it won’t take you anywhere anyway.
If a merchant is in a bad mood or refuses to negotiate, move on. You’ll find the exact same article a couple of doors down anyway.
We were surprised by the quality of the clothing and other items on offer here.
Look for the small seamstress shops who can really put together some very nice clothes to your measurements and requirements overnight.
Food wise, the street food market has got quite a few gems of local specialties. Grannies still prepare old family recipes that have been perfected over generations. Fresh juices and smoothies taste amazing too.
16 Hoi An Photo Tour & Workshop

I did a private three hour workshop with Jean which was a great experience. Jean really helped me to gain confidence in taking street photography portraits and to think about my photography more creatively. Would highly recommend these guys, whether you‘re a beginner or not!
