We went in not knowing if we needed to order custom or off the shelf frames for our prints. Kalani helped us take measurements, and even try out an existing frame, suggesting the most cost effective way for us to achieve the result we had in mind. He even quoted custom pricing for us to make an informed decision. He met our expectations for service and earned our trust without being pushy. We will definitely go back and refer others to do business here with confidence.
Very friendly and courteous. Will take the time to assist with selecting the perfect frame without rushing you. Really appreciate that since many places seem to forget this basic part.

Came to the store on a Friday afternoon at 3:40 pm. Door locked, someone sitting at the counter, pretending I'm not there, no one answering the phone. I understand only opening 3 days during a pandemic, but if you're going to say you're open till 4 pm then open till 4pm.
