Reviews from visitors:
The building is now secured because of covid19, prior to that it was accessible. It's more less accessible but you will be able to do you business there with restrictions. Nice building , nice art work.
We voted at Honolulu City Hall (Honolulu Hale) this morning. The volunteers couldn't have been better. It was so easy, so quick, and I left with a feeling that my vote would actually be counted vs dropping it in the mail. My picture ID was checked and I had to sign my paperwork twice. I recommend Hawaii - and America - never change to all mail-in voting.
Very clean. Love the view. The staff was quick and helpful
Christmas decorations/lights were minimal, but very beautiful. Someone made sure that what little there was would be very special. Understandable that large gatherings would be discouraged and nice that at least a little something was done. Thank you City & County of Honolulu.
First time visitor. Although, I seen Honolulu Hale from the outside, it was nice. The parking structure, in my opinion, wasn't well put together for directions to the voting area. This was a very important venue. Needs to be better plan for voters who never visited this structure. Especially Nov. 3, when you have last minute voters trying to make the deadline time
