So pleased to be part of my first trip in Hurghada!! Really enjoyed it, stayed for 8 days. Have everything what you need. Highly professional stuff, food was delicious, great white wine! Pool was heated and was able to swim in February, which was awesome. Also tried Turkish massage (was amazing experience!). Hotel have on beach, and what was best INTERNET WAS AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE!!! Mahmud, best cocktails maker ever! Ask for him to make you cocktails, you wouldn’t regretted!! ☺️ Animators where amazing , especially Jo! So you can bring kids too. Have pool and playground for kids! Room were clean and beautiful.

The rooms were perfectly renovated and the beach was sandy. However, there was almost nothing to do at night and they got a very poor animation team that consists of only two members. And if you are looking for snorkeling then this place is not for you as the beach have no corals and sandy. Finally, the food diversity and portions are not the best and the drinks either soft or hard are not well served.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable . Stunning view. Good food quality but they don't have a good variety of fruits.

the hotel has been renovated and the accommodation is top notch, in terms of food and drinks a negative rating. I have all inclusive and if I want to drink a mojito I have to pay 12 euros, there is only espresso coffee in one bar that works in certain parts of the day. the rest of the day you are forced to drink sour coffee from the machine. there are no waiters on the beach and in the cafes and you have to get up on your own for everything. the alcoholic drinks that are served are of the latest quality, so all inclusive is not worth anything because if you want to drink something of normal quality, you have to pay the full price. the food is of medium quality.
