We were in this hotel 2 times, second time now in october, everything is real like on the pictures. Food is nice but now is not like 3 years ago but it's still ok. 3 years ago was more sea food but everything is great now. Stuff on the beach are great, Islam is the best, in the spa I have massage at Nagla and she is great really I think she is the best because she is profesional. We will come there again soon, I hope in november ❤

We did enjoy our holiday here, however not enough entertainment for the kids like other resorts in the area.
Food is good- not great, there are a few restaurants to choose from.
The jacuzzi room was fantastic equipped the smart tv and apple connectivity for music to be played in the room and bathroom, also a amazing sea view.
Would recommend to visit Alif Leila wa Leila show (horse and camel rides, belly dancing and a flaming show!)-discounted price for Albatross guest.
Massage service are overpriced, you can get better price (exactly the same treatment) just down the road.
I would not go back to this resort, as I feel there are plenty of resorts in there area that offer far more.
