My experience with Egypt excursions online was horrible. They are untrustworthy and do not care about customer service. I booked a boat ride on the Nile that was supposed to go out at 4:30 pm. It was 4 pm and I contacted both Egypt excursions and get your guide to ask when I would get picked up from my hotel. Egypt excursions said I will call you back in minutes which turned into 15 min in which I had to get in contact with get your guide who told me that Egypt excursions would pick me up at 5 pm in which I called Egypt excursions to ask them why? They said not to worry the boat won’t leave you. The driver showed up at 5:30 and claimed it was the traffic which was a lie because my relative who was to join with me came from the same area and it took them 10-12 minutes at the maximum. I get to the dock and the boat left as expected. They told us we had to wait until 6-6:30 for another boat to come at which I asked for a refund because it was already late. I got on the phone again with the customer service representative which was very rude and told me I would not get a refund even though I told him he did not abide by the promise of 4:30 pm boat ride. He even told the driver to leave leaving us stranded at the dock. This company is does not care about anything but getting money. I would recommend to stay away
They promised to take us to Cairo for a day trip. But they cancelled it the evening before the trip and asked us to "kindly pay" 40 euros more so they will take us there the next day. So we cancelled the booking with them.
I had a great experience with the Nile cruise dinner (Andrea cruise) Nile Cairo , the guide Mohammed was on time and helpful. Show was great belly dancing 2 times changing outfit, 2 singers, 2 spin dancer. Buffet food was great choices chicken beef ,fish, vegetable, rice ,white macaroni pasta , green salad, sweets. Drinks not included but u can order. Great night .
Gamila Stable - Best horse riding tour ever! Loved my horse Susana "Susi", great horse. Really good guide. I had a wonderful time, value for your money. Will do this again next time in Egypt.
Absolutely not trustable! Canceling a trip at morning by telling us the wi d will be to strong and no boats going out.
All boats were going out. They are liars.
They want to postpone to tomorrow. Told them we are going home to Cairo tomorrow. He was soooooooo sorry we can't join this trip.
Maybe they did overbooking or maybe they just want to cheat and catch tourists by get your guide.
Don't trust them. Ask for other companies if you like to get what you payed for!
