Reviews from visitors:
Small museum with mural painting along the wall as you walk up the stairs. Tells the story of the old town. The staff was friendly and very informative about the museum. Rooftop balcony is open and gives good view of surrounding area.
It's a drawing on the staircase going all the way up til 3rd floor. It's tells a story of ipoh once upon a time during the mining days.....Zzz....Love the view at the top through. Do check out other murals artwork around town! They r brilliant!
Entrance fee RM5 (you can get complimentary ticket from most of hotel you stay) for the mural staircase with a brief intro regarding Concubine Lane, which makes it more meaningful when you visit the tourist place later.
To me, the mural staircase not very appealing till I visit the "mini concubine House museum", its layout & items show how their houses were in those days. Is with separate entry fee of RM10. Totally worth it.
Great place and a must to see the top floor is great and informative guides in with price
