One of the best Hotels I have ever visited....very artistic place ...you can see it even before you enter the hotel....graffiti and arts everywhere around the hotel walls ...even the table and chairs are made uniquely...the customer service was the cherry on top for the place...these people are so friendly, My husband and I wonder every time, how these people so down to earth and genuine...Rooms are also very clean and fragrant... the verses which written on each package in the bathroom is kinda funny and creative, which light up your mood ...Also within the very small notice they arranged a birthday cake for my husband...that is very appreciated...Do recommend this place when you visit Jakarta...you can get great service within a neutral budget.....
Nice hotel. Located in the centre of Jakarta. Walking distance to many touristy place. MRT station is nearby. Many restaurants nearby. Room was okay.
Great location, comfy room, kind staffs. The only minus is the parking spot.
The parking spot was full during our stay here, so we have to park at Sarinah. Only few meters of walk from the hotel but we forgot to give our parking receipt to the receiptionist and therefore we have to pay 50k for a night.
This would be my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Located exactly at the city center of Jakarta, the hotel offers excellent location with reasonable rates. It's a boutique hotel, with lots of personal touch in every detail of the hotel. Pretty artistic I would say. The room is modern, simple and clean with room amenities you'll find in a 5 star hotels. They have three size room if I'm not mistaken, ranging from 20, 25 and 40 sq mt. Check out their rooftop bar as well! you'll see a superb view of Jakarta skyscrapers.
May I also mentioned that they have SUPERB staff! They all very welcoming, very warm. You'll feel it right from the parking lot when the Security people greet you politely, continuing to their front desk staff. Specifically, I would also like to mention their FOM, Mrs. Okta. She has been so wonderfully accommodating, a very nice person, and very polite! She has her own way to explain something without making people feel disappointed. That's a Hotel Manager level (I know because I worked in the hospitality industry as well in the States). Kudos to her! She's a rare gem in a hospitality industry! Watch out Artotel, others will hijacked her soon :).
