One of the best groceries shopping destination in Tanjung Duren area. Wide variety of products, good price (not the cheapest most of the time). The only downside is the queueing line (especially during rush hour) and sometimes the racks are not clean.
Credit card sales offer me their product too many times and its annoying, not many product options especially frozen foods. Also its difficult to find employees whem you want to ask something. place where they keep the trolley also too far from the entrance and its confusing for the first timer. Lastly many products without pricetag.
For a hypermarket as big as transmart, this is very disappointing.

Literally very difficult to find products here. Going on and on circling around just to find strawberry jam. No one around to ask. Even if you find someone, they got confused. Sometimes ago I went here to find oatmeal and I ask to two different lady, they point on different directions. I used to go here everyday but now, the service is appalling.
