Saw this back in March before the Malaysian MCO and lockdown. This sculpture is meant to be tribute to the many cultures that make up the heritage of Johor Bahru. The sculpture consists of 3 tree like structures with patterns carved into the surface so that when the lights shine through, it creates an interplay of shadows. So it’s best viewed at night when it’s lit up.

A huge shop selling all types of art and craft essentials. As my wife is a fan of all things art she is glad to have found this shop nestle in the heart of Aeon Dato Onn mall.
Other than art items, students can also find their stationary needs like pens or files. There is also a membership programme to reward regular customers.
The staff are extremely friendly and the place is comfortable and well organised. Price is reasonable and we end up buying many huge bags as they have some special discounts for some of the items.
Will surely be back again.

Hipster place to lepak and santai. Served variety of foods bring more money as it a little bit pricey. Not recommend to come during weekend as it's hard to find table and also parking

Nice park! I went there on Sunday afternoon, not so many people. Good for a walk/jog and there are a few historical monument. The lake wise looks like it hasn't been well conserve ; lots of trash and people were fishing there ( which isn't recommended ). Anyway, the park has easy access for grab car and located next to the main road. There are a few toilets as well but need some maintenance for a better one.

It's a little art street for taking nice photos, as the street is very colourful and brightly light up.
Free entry and it's located near Sutera Mall management office and at the lowest ground level.
Featuring artist : Keith Haring, Marta Minujin, Jim Dine, Paul Jackson Pollock and Yayoi Kusama.
Worth to take a 5 mins stroll with kids and after the street art can also drop by Aquarium @ Sutera Mall which is located at the same floor and 1-2mins away.

Some very chic shops. Flower and plant displays are almost surreal. Have to touch the leaves to believe they are real. So well grown. Shop design is almost Art. A kaleidoscope of creativity.
